    Fact or fiction?

Which reminds me, my first random test for PII was while at home, around 8 am. I was out of service when they called. I said I was "happy" to take the drug test but I had been drinking the night before, and would not take a breath test. The lady said " not sending you for anything but a drug test."

    expo

There are a bunch of hotels there, but with Kings Island close by they may be a little high. Myself I will be at the house 15 to 20 minutes away, unless there is adult beverages after closing hours.

A great place to start that study is in the forums that you now read, spend the week reading the old posts, and then come to the show at the end of the month.

    schneider

You might have to read the whole deal, it will normally say start at UP to .40 per mile with 3 mo. exper. Not many companys will "bend" over backwards for a unskilled rookie, let alone a truck driver.

    Phil's truck

Greg, Me thinks that it is 600lbs times tire width, not foot print. That applies when some states don't just have limit on total weight on the axle. The six hundred can vary by state. Now about that TV.......

    deadhead pay

Last I heard was that if when signing on with PII if you said no Canada, your contract was for a lesser amount. D trucks cost of no Canada is $0.10 per mile.

    >Hey Frogger, >Deadhead is the pitance your carrier affords you to aid in >the cost of "authorized" relocation to a freight zone, >insignificant at best but every little bit helps. >Accessorial pay is for the warm and fuzzy touch or when you >are required to do somthing other than haul...

I thought as long as you did not drive outside of your state you could be 18, maybe not. As far as expediting thou you would have to be 21. Met a couple who along with their daughter were going to team drive, two months on and one month at home for each of them. I thought that was a cool idea.
