Had brain freeze. The "big" thing in Dayton is the Air Show @ the Dayton airport. The Blue angles are there, along with a bunch of other stuff. Also you can take in the Air Force Museum (sp)

A hair dryer to warm the decal helps, along with a hard rubber scraper with a sharp edge. Then use a product called Goof Off with a rag. Do it in the shade with a case of Port and you should be good to go.
