redytrk, you are pretty much right about the D units hauling C loads much of the time. but when the D loads do come around, you carry around all that extra truck so that you can take them. unlike the C's that dont have the option. DD

just wondering if anyone knows anything about this engine. i am considering buying a 2004 international 7400 that has the DT530 in it,but i dont know wether or not this is a reliable engine or not.also if this is a parent bore or a sleeved motor. thanks for any info you can give me. DD

finally got rid of my clutch noise this past week, it turned out that my clutch linkage bushings were worn out. took it to han's freightliner in cleveland,ohio (they do great work there !!!)and the noise is gone. now i can turn down the radio to a more normal level. DD

RE: Cats Eye or Crossfire Dual Tire Pressure Syste i have seen them at some of the T/A truckstops, not sure how much they want for them. T/A in lodi, ohio has them. DD

using my questionable math skills,i came up with that being about a 35% increase. i could be wrong about that, as math wasnt one of my better subjects. still, that is an amazing increase in fuel mileage. DD
