I for one do not believe that this is happening.If you are in a C or D unit and are getting a B load offer,it is only because there are no B units in the area that can service the customer or that the B unit turned down the offer. In order for FECC to get the D or C unit to take these B loads...

Who can really say what city is good for loads on any given day of the week?Sure you can check the VRU and get a history of past days,but it's pretty much a crap shoot. Best advice is that if you are the first or second truck in a given area it probably is worth it to hang around awhile and see...
