Those are great ideas! I would add to that to give bonuses or commissions to those who are supposed to be finding loads (maybe return loads) for the drivers, whether it be the dispatcher or salesperson, whoever is responsible. And maybe rewards to the desk dwellers in the company for returning...

What an amazing concept! Not only do you get to know what your 'load opportunities' pay, but you also get to check and see what your status in an area is, AND check your paperwork status! I'm impressed!

Is that right? They can only expect to gross $100,000 as a team??? So say they were paying 50cpm for fuel (is that too high?).. and say all miles averaged out to $1.30/mile including all extras; $100,000/$1.30=76,923miles/yr x 50cpm for fuel = $38,460 for fuel; So $100,000*65%/2=$32,500 each...
