I understand about government offices, jails, hydro companies, that type of thing.. where the PUBLIC may go wrangy and take out their frustrations/anger on the employees.. But how many companies need to be under lock from their own employees so to speak? To me, it really says something.

I believe contractors only pay it becuz they 'have to'. It is a benefit to the carrier/customer. It saves the carrier time in dispatching. And especially for carriers who give no information of value to the contractor, for example, how much a load is paying, it's totally useless to the...
