never added them up official..the meals vary some but rough estimate..would be about 1,000 calories...it seems to stress low fat content...

sir..you added "I get" my first statement IS confusing I agree... for about $299 a month...you get 3 meals and 1 snack...YOU chose 2 other snacks you are allowed to have...that you buy extra...like fresh fruit or canned...a chunk of cheddar cheese or a hard boiled egg...and/or a fresh salad...

1 box...18 x 30...bout 30 lbs when full....lean cuisine? too expensive and need to be kept frozen....I can take a meal into any place with a mic...takes less then 60 sec. to heat...

they are microwavable....:rolleyes: I brought 6 weeks worth...

Absolutely..with no respect to the mans life they were judge, jury and executioner....the 1 million dollars would not satisfy me...I'd press for the murder/voluntary manslaughter charge..They stood by and watched their patient die while his daughter begged to save him...that is criminal..

I stopped at the Effingham J the other day...used the toilet REAL good...got a FREE mug of ice and grabbed a few plastic spoons and some mustard and Ketchup packets....did not spend a cent......Pilot/J hasn't gotten my money since I've been back out this round 2 weeks now..I figure they are DOWN...
