As I said I've seen special instructions such as a contact number added to the end of the default "driver has enough hours" message. The problem I see is that this message might be deleted without being read as it's unnecessary for a van so the pertinent info (if showing) gets missed.

My US bank (Chase) emailed and then called me when they saw 3 transactions in a 5 minute span at Duty Free but have never put a freeze on my card.

Tell the dumb bank that all purchases start in Taylor.

Some of that freight comes out of Canada and is cross docked on US trucks too. Win-Win

That critical information that loads sometimes have is at times found buried in the "by accepting this load" message. I think it warrants its own message (especially since us vanners don't require the "you have enough hours" msg)
