So far this year all the months have been slow. Just surprised that we didn't get any calls at all today.

Been empty since 0730 and not a single call today. I thought this was the week things picked up.

One call yesterday. Moved to N. Baltimore, OH last night Hoping the weekend display team can find us a load.

Had a breakdown on our run from El Paso. AC compressor locked up and broke the belt. Luckily it happened at the TA in Rockwall, TX. Surprisingly they had the parts in stock. $1192 and 5.5 hours later we were rolling again. Now in Georgetown, KY hoping for a load.

Got a load from El Paso to Georgetown, KY. Since we are not planning on going to the Expo dispatch will have to find us a load out of there as we are surrounded by 100's of expedite trucks. Might DH north past Cincinnati.

Dry and dusty here in El Paso. Going to be 104 today. Getting loaded out of here today would be great. Doesn't matter what the temp is outside if we are moving.

Nogales, AZ was dead (imagine that) so we relocated ourselves to El Paso. No sense in waiting another 24 hours with little hope of getting a load out of there.

Back in service in Jackson, GA. Ready to make some $$$. I know July will be a great month because it's my birthday and 20th anniversary this month.

On my way home to spend some quality time with my wife and daughter. The first half of this year is done for me and in the books. Still have to analyze the numbers but it looks like it was a little bit worse than the first half of the last several years. Hopefully freight will be running...

When you say"busy day" are you talking about expedite, company wide or you personally? We were in the yard all day yesterday and it was definitely not a busy day for us.
