I do a 60/40 split with my drivers. They get 60% of all monies except for the fuel surchg, toll & deadhead. I give them 100% of those because they pay for all the fuel & toll. This is all spelled out very clearly in my contract.

Anyone having trouble getting a load out of Dallas this week and if so, how long have you been there & what are you driving? I have a team straight truck that's been sitting there for 2 1/2 days and the only load offers they got were 2 going local.

We had a wonderful thanksgiving today. I had a large turnout for dinner and everyone had a great time. I'm thankful that my dad is still here with us (he recently had a massive stroke) and thankful that I was able to bring a little joy in some people's life today. I have been truely blessed!!
