Nah lol.... I just think its funny that some people decide to leave, others think its the end of the company. As Ken said, we've seen this cycle many times. People come and go, switch companies all the time. As I've said before... if and when Fedex no longer meets my needs, I'll move on... but...

FedexCC bases on 45 plus time for pickup...I think it's half hr for vans... If pickup takes extra time, or there is traffic delay, they bump time, and notify receiver...simple as that. That's one thing I've always liked about them. As long as I keep them updated, never been a problem. Dale...

I hardly think its a huge secret, or big deal. I dont know how other companies do it. The simple answer is Fedex provides a link to a preferred provider, (broker?). This came out again in the company newsletter this week. At the link, I entered our age, etc, and was given several plan options...
