Turtle I've been to that page before and it is no help. I don't get my email from 2nd or third parties like outlook express but use the Verizon site. It happens sometimes once every 2 weeks I will log on to "My Verizon" just to see that ALL e-mails have been deleted regular e-mails, spam, trash...

Verizon has been my internet provider for over 5 years for about the past year I noticed my e-mails being automaticly deleted after around a week or so. It has never done that before and i hate it. I use the my I sign in to the "My verizon" site to get my e-mail.
