    Driver shortage

I've been trying since January to put a driver on my van, I talked to many drivers interested, some said yes, but never showed up for orientation, some were and still are waiting for the springtime...

    GMC vs Ford

I'd buy an E-350 to put that box on it. Yet, instead of putting a box, I'd rather make the roof taller. So you can get a Sprinter size cargo van, with a very reliable engine and transmission. I had an E-350 and till the day I sold it, when it had over 500K miles, as "major repairs" I replaced...

Looking for Sprinter/Cargo van Fleet owners

A - LOL!!! Been sailing around the world... just kiddin', I only did the Transatlantic... B - I bet she thinks she's a victim of the merciless imperialism... she sent me mean messages, calling me names, etc. Then I told her that she owes me over 300 bucks... she stopped sending any kind of...

Buying a van, wait until after July?

My advise is to stay away from Promasters, before you'll reach 200K miles they'll start having major problems. I had three, not one, and all of them acted the same way. I don't know much about Transits, but I heartily recommend Nissan NV high top.

Looking for Sprinter/Cargo van Fleet owners

I had a driver that "worked" four weeks for me. Basically, she worked two weeks some short runs long enough to be done in maximum three days. Total gross was around $1100. She turned down numerous load offers, took days off, one it was for the stupidest reason I ever heard, I quote "I was just...

Cargo Van Comdata Fees: Any way to avoid them?

It seems that each company has its own policy about Comdata usage fees. Some want to make an extra buck for giving you the opportunity to get cash advances, some want to make more than a buck, and some, the few, have no fees at all, except the fees applied by Comdata.

    Please i need advice fast.

For one thing you should give them a week or two leaving notice. Then the vehicle has to be returned to the place where from you picked it up or wherever is written in the contract.

    Best coolers?

    If Trump gets his wish....

If that happens, it'll affect only those border towns. Other than that, no. Eventually we'll get rid of those cube vans, since they "live" for and through long runs only. They won't be able to stay in business doing Minnie Mouse runs at the rate they're paid.
