I've never had a problem contacting Bolt. A few years ago I was having an AC problem and called Don on his cell on a Saturday to find out how much added freon was needed to allow for the bunk unit. He returned my call with the answer right away.

You're right that it's not allowed, but it would be collusion, not collective bargaining.
It's not the clicks, it's the number of unique visitors. The regulars that rack up a bunch of clicks aren't worth much to the advertisers cuz they don't pay much attention to the ads.
What the heck, I'll be the first to embarrass myself. I'm at 36.8. Less than 20 pounds will get me to the magic number. I'm sure glad I kept the 35 pounds off that I lost a few years ago. My neck is 17.
It wouldn't even take a computer or any kind of theft. Physical forms are available in truckstops. Somebody could fill it out, make up a doctor's name and turn it in. It wouldn't be an issue until there was a serious accident. When ever I've handed my card to a DOT officer they barely even look...
