We have to agree it is a serious problem, which it appears has no answer.

I would rather see the guilty walk than put an innocent man in jail.

All of this is true, nobody ever said different. However, to jail a person that did not do the crime is just wrong. IMHO

And it can't happen fast enough for capital cases. Far too many on death row that shouldn't be there. IMHO, of course.
