Last time we bought shocks Bob asked our local Freightliner what their shocks cost and when he heard the price he said ok I will go to NAPA. The sales guys asked Bob what the shocks were at NAPA and he then beat the price. That was a new one for us.

You are looking at two different things. The VRU is loads dispatched from an Express Center and C-Link is trucks checked into a Express Center.

You bring up a good point Layout with the insurance and the guy on running board. I imagine there were 20 guys working those blocks at a minimum.

Every company out here has their own way of doing things. The quicker you can figure it out a new companies system the better offers you are available for. Those goofy quirks are what will get you and you have found one of them.

That could have done it while moving or someone just put in the wrong location. It happens when Express Centers are close together sometimes. Frustrating for sure but easily fixed if you call in or send a message.

After 4 years I still think the staff at FCC is very professional. There are always exceptions to this. We have found that we when we treat the dispatcher as a professional we are in turn treated the same way.
