Internet will connect if the unit finds open wifi. So it really all depends on the luck of where you are at and if they have open wifi.

Next time you're at "the yard" check the wifi signal. It should be strong anywhere you park.

You know it was really "tough" bein "stuck out west all week!!??" :eek: Wait thats another person telling me that I was "Stuck out west all week"...LOL, yea Thanks Again Frankie and Load 1 dispatch...kept me movin and Turned a good week to a great week...:)

I did a quick dash in-drop paperwork-trade books-dash out yesterday, saw Mr Snappy's truck, but nobody else...now I'm sitting in Delaware [on the Eastern Shore!] because I thought today was Thursday...:eek:
Oh well, I have a project [making new curtains for the sleeper, 'cheap & cheerful', as the Brits say] and it's not as hot here as everywhere else, so it could be worse. As good as Dispatch is at finding weekend loads, if I don't get one, I have stuff to do, at least. :)

Got a DH move and made it 140 miles up the road to Memphis and this thing started bucking...turned around back in Corsicana Tx....hope it just needs a simple adjustment....
the heat and the aggravation factor is really starting to wear on me...

Back here NO sprinter tech in today...they are really busy...MIGHT get it looked at first thing Monday morning...Wednesday 4 sure...I am hoping it is just air in the fuel lines...

Got a room paid the weekly rate...even if I do 4 days it is cheaper then daily rate....

One good thing if ya can say good..is the engine light just came on...:rolleyes:

Steve, you did say I was living a gifted life....LOL

Not much I can do about it...no use in blowing the BP and stressing out...over things I have little control over
...Just going to enjoy the downtime, get some things done...and relax
..what is going to happen will happen, no matter how much I stomp and fret
....go with the flow and just deal with it
....one step at a time....:D
