Women In Trucking names Dupré Logistics as a top company for women working in transportation
Lafayette, Louisiana. Women In Trucking Association has named Dupré Logistics as a 2019 “Top Company for Women to Work For in Transportation" on Oct. 1 at the Top Company Reception at the Accelerate! Conference in Dallas.
"We are proud of the women who work at Dupré Logistics. They are an integral part of our workforce, our vision and our future," said Mike Weindel, president of Dupré Logistics. "We join 'Women in Trucking' in encouraging the employment of women in the industry, promoting their accomplishments and minimizing the obstacles they face working in the world of trucking. More than 150 nominations were submitted to the Redefining the Road editorial staff, with more than 10,000 votes cast to identify top companies named to the list. The companies include motor carriers, third-party logistics companies and original equipment manufacturers.
