TA/Petro providing coffee, showers, even truck maintenance during GATS
WESTLAKE, Ohio — TravelCenters of America LLC, operator of TA and Petro Stopping Centers branded travel centers, will be providing coffee, showers, truck maintenance and other services during the 2017 Great American Trucking Show next week, August 24-26 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, booth No. 15022.
GATS hours are Thursday, August 24 from 11 am to 5 pm; Friday, August 25 from 10 am to 5 pm, and Saturday, August 26 from 9 am to 4 pm.
Attendees visiting the TA and Petro Stopping Center’s booth will be able to interact and participate in a wide variety of activities.
At more than 36 acres located at the Cotton Bowl’s Fair Park lot, drivers can park trucks/RVs for free (no hook-ups). There will be regular shuttles to and from the convention center, food vendors, showers, and portable restrooms.
The parking was made possible by TA and Petro Stopping Centers. Visit https://truckshow.com/hotel-travel-parking/truck-parking-community for more information.
TA and Petro will once again be the sponsor of the mobile shower facility located in the free truck parking lot. Drivers can schedule a shower at the TA and Petro booth No. 15022 or at the shower facility, itself. TA and Petro will provide one free souvenir towel and soap with each shower appointment, while supplies last.

Also, attendees visiting TA and Petro Stopping Center’s booth can sample free tastes of TA’s World Blends Coffee, including samples of Bogota Sunrise, Extreme Blend, French Vanilla, Sugar Free French Vanilla, and Pumpkin Spice Cappuccino.
TA’s own technicians will be in the TA-Petro Parking Community at the Cotton Bowl’s Fair Park lot performing truck repairs and maintenance services including tire replacement and repairs, DOT inspections, used truck inspections, computer diagnostics and fault code troubleshooting, electrical systems testing and repair, air system repairs, mud flaps, light repairs, wheel balancing and greasing.
TA Truck Service is ready to help drivers make the most out of their downtime during the show — and their truck’s time on the lot — by ensuring they are ready for CVSA’s Brake Safety Day with a DOT inspection or performing a maintenance service or repair. Service can be scheduled at the shower facility or at booth No.15022. Many services can be completed while drivers are inside enjoying the show.
Also at the booth, TA Truck Service tire experts will be sharing tire maintenance tips and helping drivers select the best tires for their rigs, which will be available for purchase during GATS at show special prices.
UltraONE members will have a chance to learn the new advancements that have been made to the Rewards program along with the many more exciting developments to come.
Band Together 2017 to benefit the St. Christopher Truckers Development and Relief Fund will be held during the show, and guests can help truckers in need by purchasing a commemorative Band Together wristband for $1 or a platinum keychain for $5. All proceeds go directly to SCF.
Visit Verizon Wireless UltraMobile where you can purchase and activate new phones, upgrade your plan, and pay your bill, all right in the booth.
