Well you should get a lot of questions with that one.

If you have never Fluffed your fire extinguisher you may need to do so. It is easy to do.
Over time the powder settles and can become packed and may not work when needed.
Before you Fluff it
Inspect the gauge to ensure it is charged correctly. If not, recharge or replace.
Look inside the nozzle to see if anything is there that will block the chemical.
Inspect the hose for splits.
Take a dead blow hammer and tap all around the extinguisher while holding it upside down, or lay it in the grass. Tap the bottom a few extra times. You will hear when the powder moves as the sound will change. If you only have a metal hammer, use the wooden handle or a small piece of wood.
The more you tap it, the more you fluff it.
A Fluffed Fire Extinguisher is a Happy Fire Extinguisher
Look again, not a lady its Bruce Jenner...too late.I'm going to rush right out and fluff my, fluff my, wait something's not quite right here.
Wait I have it. The lady in the truck next to me needs to have it fluffed. I'll let you know if it works in a few minutes.
