You got it all wrong Witness, I don't want a ReBumLiCan OR a Dumb-O-Crat as President or in ANY elected office. They are ALL corupt, and each time we elect a NEW idiot it just gets WORSE!! We need to vote them ALL out and start over. My useless congressman John Dingellberry of Michigan as much as told me that he is voting FOR health care even if the people in his district tell him NOT TOO!! At least he answered this time, that is NOT his norm. It was a B.S. answer to be sure but it was better than my usless Senators, Carl (Marx) Levin and Debbie Stabthemnow, they did not even answer VOTE ALL THE BUMS OUT!!!

The radio broadcasters listed just provide intelligent information and shine the light of truth on what politicians are doing. Some people can't handle the truth. To each his own. You sarcastic comment "That explains a alot" explains alot to me about you.

I guess this means that anyone, male or female, that listens to or watches sports commentators are "sad" also. Do you by chance know anyone that does that and do you also try and demean them?

I sort of agree with witness there, most of us in this country can't see the difference between entertainment and serious commentary. SNL and the Daily show, etc... have been considered important outlets for politicians and even news by the people who watch them, which is worst than any one who takes Rush's word as gospel.
Rush, Hannity, etc... are in fact entertainers and they serve one style of audience but not all kinds. It is not that they can't or don't give us the information we need but it is that they lack uniformity in the message they give us.
See to me they are just as scattered as the conservitive movement and the republican party. Rush for one has the power to do a lot of things but he is laid back in his approach and has soften a lot. Hannity is the same way, he is too far removed now and Beck is getting scattered even more on all the different issues he is trying to cover and burning his audence out. If say they just get one a few issues and drive it home with the same info just like the dems do, then it would make a difference.

Not exactly sure where you are going with your comments but I can assure that I do not need a sports pesonality, entertainer, pundit, etc, etc to tell me that the Detroit Lions are not a good football team, I already have concluded that on my own.
By you making the comparison of a political talk show host and a sports commentator pretty much makes my point, thank you.

Don't be sad witness. They provide information while I'm driving that's all. You know when your on a load and don't have time to get to a newspaper or tv. or internet to get info off a website, or book etc. i already know the truth about politicians. You obviously have an issue about the one's I listed though as if they aren't worth listening to. Is that correct? Why? You also jumped to a conclusion that I NEED to listen to get my knowledge.and it is the ONLY place I get information. Wrong assumption made by you. It's ok everyone is wrong now and then.

If one chooses to speak in a public forum, as is anyone's right in this country, then one also should be prepared that others might comment on what one has said - and even that some might disagree.
If one is unwilling to have that occur, or if one is willing for such commentary to occur only in those instances were the comments are agreeable with what one has said, then it might be time for one to reconsider whether one wishes to continue to speak in a public manner, given the likelihood of such comments occurring.
