Looks like the station isn't open yet, I see a dance around the parking lot yellow tape in a driveway and something grey across the entrance.

Reminds me of England! Earlier this week gas was selling for $2.85.9 on Alexis Road in Toledo but it was back up to $3.07.9 yesterday.

New/remodeled station, not open yet.

Just recently, we had a Shell station near me that had a similar sign. 8.88 and 9.99. All other stations in the area were around 3.25 a gallon, so-- if the Shell station had been open, they wouldn't have been selling much gas. But--- they had just been remodeled and were still not open.
