Moving vans are generally not dock high. That said, most moving companies warehouse docks are lower that freight docks. Non forklift rated floors are normal , since most loads are hand loaded.
Sounds like it would make a great moving truck for local or regional work. Talk to your local two guys and a truck franchise. They might have some work for it.
