Word of Warning...

If you ever break down in the Nashville area DO NOT call Marshall Trucking. I had a 4hr waiting for a tow truck 2 hrs for the driver to figure out how to hookup my Sprinter. The driver looked and smelled as if he hadn't showered in weeks. Then he started talking about having "visions" and mumbling about what these "visions" meant. Needless to say I think he must of been stoned or something.

This whole thing was one screwed up mess from the get go, not to mention getting WAY over charged. Luckily this was done through my company and because it was such a screwed up mess (that is being polite and P.C.) they are refusing to pay any of the tow bills. I am so glad that my company offers this service as I would've been stuck w/ a $500 tow bill for a bad tow (as they also towed me to the wrong place).

This is the short version of what went wrong that day the whole thing lasted 12 miserable hours. So, I decided to post here and let you all know that you might want to avoid using this company.

I don`t have a Sprinter, but I do remember seeing a notice posted in a FL dealership(STOOPS FTW).Memo gave very specific instructions on how the Sprinter is to be towed.

I would advise any Sprinter owner to ask for a copy of these instructions, and carry them in the van.

I tried to tell him how the van was supposed to be towed even showed him pics from the manual. He wanted to do it HIS way...well in the end he found out it wouldn't work. Eventually he did tow it the way it is supposed to be towed.
