Who said that they had a gun on their truck? Did I miss something?
Never leave you gun on your truck, it would slide off the fender and it would get scratched, give it to me and I will keep it for u, lol.

hey, my old mouthwash bottle was used for my spitt'n backy bottle, sometimes I got them mixed up, lol, and never ever get ur pee jug mixed up with ur water drinking jug, not advisable..
How do you get by carrying your gun layoutshooter ? I would be to afraid of getting in trouble sense state by state has different laws. Some shipping and receiving locations could also be asking for trouble if they are federal
Concerns me cause they have different laws about carrying and concealment and in some states if pulled over you have to alert the officer ASAP your armed some states you don't have to tell them a thing. Just small petty stuff like that is what would worry me. I don't carry while on the road but wish I could would feel alot safer.
I would not only feel, safer, I would be. The officer has not right to know if I am exercising my Constitutional right to carry. Any attempt to stop me from carrying is an infringement on my God given right.
You aren't one of them thar eevil sovereign freemen types, are ya? If ya are, I might hafta shake your hand. Seems like more and more freedom lovers are being called terrorists these days.
My thoughts exactly. My wife and I both have small .357 revolvers for carry pieces. We use Speer Gold Dot ammo in them. I would NOT want to be on the receiving end of that.
The 357 has a one shot stopping co-efficent of 96-98. It is what all others are compared to. You can't beat such a great round. Good choice!
I carry when I am home, ONLY. On the road, I am a proper victim, as required to do my job.
As to the 'State to State' thing. Not concerned. We have a Bill of Rights. Nothing more needs said.
Yep, and not only that, I am a Vet AND believe in our Constitution! All things that are on that bum's "watch list'.
Yeah, on paper. But as comic Doug Stanhope pointed out, the way the gummint does things, it should come with a disclaimer: "MUST BE 18, VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, SOME RESTRICTIONS MAY APPLY, NOT AVAILABLE IN ALL STATES.
Professional drivers are some of the most cowed, servile creatures on the planet. The Bill of Rights says the gummint may not violate the sanctity of or persons, papers, or effects without a warrant that was obtained via oath supported by probable cause. The plain meaning of that is self-evident, that if any government agent wants to inspect "ze papers, bitte," we can drive away unless/until they produce a warrant based on articulable, particularized suspicion. Yet, many members of this forum apparently believe the words "...unless we want to" follow the prohibitions on government power, our that the words "compelling government interest" are listed as an exception.
That's why no SCOTUS nominee can ever be confirmed without stating that the Constitution is a living document: most government powers would end otherwise, including drivers' logbooks.

You know the problem with bad cops? They make the other 5% look bad.

You do not have to inform anyone you are carring. Law man knows when he runs your lic., in any state.
