He is just saying that he feels personally that gays should be allowed in but legally he knows it should be left to the BSA. That is EXACTLY what I want from a politician, a politician that doesn't let personal feelings get in the way and follows the law.

absolutely Paul.....issues come up that politicians have a personal thoughts on....BUT he/she has to follow the law and or do what the People want...his needs come last.....Obama is putting his thoughts on the American people, the way he thinks it should be done....and end runs the process to accomplish those ideas....

i think that is the bar mitzvah scouts of america


and by the way the bsa is for young boys to learn scouting etc... not a job opportunity for someone to become a scout leader.

If there were an award for best post in a thread, it wouldn't be given for restating the same things one has said approximately 26, 362, 189 times already, more or less.

Nor would it be awarded by someone who admits he doesn't know the difference between belief and fact, or that "who says" religious beliefs may not be imposed upon those who don't share them are the men who wrote the Constitution.
The BSA don't get to force their beliefs on me, and I don't get to force mine on them, that's how it works in the US. Course, it depends upon people knowing the difference between belief and fact, which fortunately, most of us do.
