Why are people so negative

It was asked name a carrier. C&M its still as great as the day I started! The rest is up to me, the A-team explained everything nasty about our jobs, those are our obsticles to overcome.

If one cannot overcome obsticles than no job is fit for you. I do have one question to the original posters WHERE ARE YOU???? Have not seen another post since.

There are other problems than what A-team posted on but those are our own individual obsticles to overcome. No business is a piece of cake, but this one is pretty much stress free from a 9-5er. No thanks I am having to much fun out here.

The company that you run for makes all the difference. the co. my wife and i had a lease (16months) with treated us with bad dispatching,runs,no respect, negative attiude , etc. In return we had negative attiudes, thought maybe we should get out of expediting so I canceled my lease with this co.

Oh, how the right company makes the diff.

13 months later we are leased with the right co. we have been treated with respect like the owner-operator and co. money makers we are.

WE HAVE POSITIVE ATTIUDES NOW.

I didn't get to spend 8 hours but I did get to sit in at Panther dispatch for about an hour once and saw the same things you did. I got to plant myself at the intersection of 4 cubicles and out of that hour I think I got to have about 2 minutes face time with 4 dispatchers. If I'd only been in a position to ask questions of 1 I'd probably not have gotten a single question in. They are very busy and work under a lot more stress than we do. The conspiracy theorists who talk about company people owning trucks and getting all the cream haven't sat in at dispatch. It's far too busy and hectic for that to happen, at least in the main office.
