There was a fleet owner once at E1 that got the load offer 1st from dispatch and said yeah or nay....and then dispatch would call the driver with the owner approved load, for the driver to say yes or no

If the Driver is a W-2 that is legal. If its 1099 nope unless its authorized by the driver. If the driver were to find out that's a law suit toward the owner and the Company. Unless the Driver authorized it. Trash is taken out Have a nice day.
