I haven't run a lot of loads but the ones I've been getting have paid well and over 700 miles up to 1420 miles....

I've been extremely fortunate...location, location, location...

he is a oo ! 90 is to the truck so he has to pay for sprinter, fuel, services, tires, and insurance.

.90 is about the going rate but of course short runs pay higher if your with a honest carrier that cares about the drivers and long runs will pay a your base usually unless your lucky.

I would say if dawg is in a newer extended high top sprinter his rate should be at $1 minimum per mile. now if dawg is in a low top short sprinter then .90 is doing good since a low top sprinter is darn near a hair bigger than a standard cv.

We must have anuther fella here trying to price the equipment steada the actual services provided each load.......good luck with that.

Yep. If I bid enough to pay $1 to every Sprinter or similar size vehicle even when the freight called for a cv, I wouldn't win too many of those loads.

Its not slow its popping.
If you got the right equipment, TVAL, Liftgate, Floor tiedowns, Elec Plugs in the Trailer. Ya.

But then on another note I ran across a Gentleman named Mike outa Alabama that claimed to be with FedEX for more than 5 years and be a big fleet owner I couldn't believe he didn't know how to run his own equipment.

Interesting isn't it.

No wonder there are some that sit.

Its all snowy over here in the East.

No fancy TVAL or anything like that here and I'm having a great January. I'm in Seffner, Fl. now, so maybe a break and a DH to Atlanta.

Its not slow,,,I'm still new, maybe my employers like me,,but I'm busy, but I'm off now,,due to a virus. but and more but,,I have learned to take weird runs, and yes dead head up to 150 miles for a 800 miler. some folks say im crazy,,ok,,but that's me and I'm busy, making money,,I don't complain much if any,,,i can pay my bills, I eat well on the road and learning to stay away from the fs food places who serve bad food.

Looking forward to another cv in a year or so, having fun on the road, have a couple of friends out there and like the traveling . as with all jobs,,some days are better then others, amen.:D don't take life serious much anymore,,just causes heart problems, acid reflux, frustrations and such.:D

Well it doesn't get much better for a Saturday .... made my drop in Wausau and got told to high tail it into Chicago. Got 4 large boxes going to Memphis in a hurry. After that I'm heading home to take Sunday off.

Well the Chicago load ended up going to Nashville because Memphis was closed so I got a nice extra stop with two billable hours of waiting time.
