Hardly, they were dancing LONG before they were famous. There are no color bounds to music/dance/art or any other the things that we call life. Everyone, regardless of color/race/national origin or creed has talent of one kind or another. To believe otherwise is racist and narrow minded.
The only limits to talent are those who do not use those they have.
