Wheres the miles???

Been my experience, that if the folks that are experiencing "short" miles any time of year, and you are ok with dispatch, i'd let dispatch be your travel agent. ALL THE TIME. Steada reading how much others are doing, and getting the how i'm doing at the truck stop, let the folks that have their finger on the pulse and loads on the screen help you help yourself. Many of you are your own worse enemy it seems. Cooperate and prosper.

Well, Is there another way that o/o's and fleet driver's can measure how well they are competing for the available miles out here?

Well first you don't really compete, second miles really don't matter - revenue does.

I have been working for revenue, and even though my deadhead is up in the last two quarters, if I figure out my rpm, it should be around $3 all miles.
