If you have an otherwise good job then maybe its worth putting up with a less than pleasant boss. Most likely they are less than pleasant with everyone so its nothing personal towards you. One benefit to this occupation is that you spend relatively little time with your boss anyway. Now that business about getting paid is another matter. Call me stupid if you must but pay me as promised!
