How DARE you ask that, you racist! That's microaggression. Well, according to, surprise, an ignorant democrat. Janet Napolitano, foolishly put in charge of the University of California, has decided one of the most common questions on the first day of a new semester is racist and aggressive. What an idiot.

“America is the land of opportunity,” “There is only one race, the human race” and “I believe the most qualified person should get the job” are among a long list of alleged microaggressions faculty leaders of the University of California system have been instructed not to say.

This is the same person who, as director of Homeland Security, so as to not offend terrorists, said terrorist attacks are not terrorist attacks, but are instead "human-caused disasters."

I'm serious. She said that.

She also cancelled 4th of July celebrations on campus. No party hats or noisemakers for YOU!

Racist? What a nut job. You are looking the person right in the face. "where you from?" I'm from Detroit. "oh, you must be a black gang banger." No, l am white, you are looking right at me. "huh"

They have a hard job to do and no they allways don't do it right does that justify it when they do it wrong no but if you've ever dealt with some groups white and black I can understand why they can't take chances.

Professors are cautioned not to use any forms that have only Male and Female check boxes. They need to have at the very least a Other box, but preferably additional boxes for Transgender, Multigender, and, I Iove this one: None.

Can't say:
“Everyone can succeed in this society, if they work hard enough.”
“Where are you from or where were you born?”
“Affirmative action is racist.”

These statements promote the “myth of meritocracy,” the myth that you can succeed based on merit, and are “statements which assert that race or gender does not play a role in life successes.”

Another no-no is “When I look at you, I don’t see color.”

That implies “that a white person does not want to or need to acknowledge race" and that you need to assimilate to the dominant culture. Can't say "America is a melting pot" because, same thing.

Can't say that someone is "raising the bar" because that's elitist. Can't call someone a "rock star" if they do a particularly good job, because, how many black, Mexican or Chinese rock stars do you know? They're all white.

You can't deny the experiences of a student by questioning the validity or credibility of their stories, regardless of how big a whopper they tell you, because you're denying the individual as a racial or cultural being.

The list goes on and on. It's a real hoot.

There's going to be a flashpoint at some moment when people grounded in reality have had enough of the Alice in Wonderland GLBT fairy tale. See what happens when deviant behavior is granted tolerance? The deviants now want to control language, thought and action for everyone. Pushback needs to start now in every venue and in every context. The liberals in our country have opened the door to madness and it's going to be a long, hard fight to return to normalcy.

It won't take all that long. The Muslims will take over, enact Sharia, and that'll shut up the gays, and the women.
