Remus: Your post identifying the location of Leo's trucks was removed because it was not appropriate for you to publicly post the location of another persons trucks, particularly in the spiteful manner in which you posted. If Panther wanted the world to know where all their leased trucks were, they'd allow public access to their website.

That wasn't censorship, it was helping you to comply with the posting terms to which you agreed when you applied to be a forum member.

I am not with Panther, I did move somewhere else but I wondered if Remus knew where I was and how much I made this week (slow for me).

I don't think there is a problem with the access to the info, I have been tracked by a few FedEx contractors in the past and if I remember one time it was posted openly - no biggie because of the person who did it.

Remus - I missed you post, you got a link to that?

Don't know yet, I am just standing still right (figuratively speak'n) now trying to figure out a couple things.

I haven't put my salesmanship in gear because it has been shut down for so long, just dusting it off has made me sneeze a lot and I got to get a mask to deal with it to clean up the mess.

I tell you what happened to it remus. I saw it and sent a pm to a mod asking him if he felt it was ok for you to do that because I didn't. He agreed and deleted it.What you did was out of spite. Leo did not post your individual truck number/s and what they were doing. You posted how long you had been sitting, and you was talking about how much Panther sucked. So Leo being a Driver's Representative or Councilman or whatever they call it looked into the situation. He didn't make any specific information public. All he said if I remember correctly was all the time you spent waiting in Detroit(which you made public) you did recieve load offers and you turned them down. It seems to me like Leo was looking out for the contractors and trying to figure out what the heck was going on. There was a few times when I was on the road I wished someone would have stuck their neck out for me like that. Asking questions of management isn't exactly going with the flow. I don't Leo personally, but from what I've seen from his posts here he seems like a nice guy. Maybe you should just lay off of him.

I believe you have the rights to see what other trucks are doing example Landstar...Ask any Panther driver what they think about dispatchers have their own trucks and you'll see what they said.

You don't know what Leo or anyone else hauls for that matter,it is simply nunya and it is ##### sure not for the public to know.

And that gives you the right to make his info public how? I can't log onto Panther's website and find out that info so obviously someone thinks I don't need to know it.Maybe because I'm not a part of that organization. Even when I was I didn't.Who knows they might not have had it then. Not that I really care. If you spent as much time worrying about yourself as you do about others things might run a lil bit easier for ya.

Jefferson it seems to me he said he was quitting Panther for LEAM. Then he said he got fired. Now he is in a secure part of their website? Seems a lil weird to me to. Maybe someone with Panther should let the powers that be know. That would look pretty good as a referal when a company calls asking what kind of person you are. "Oh he posted private info on the internet after he left". Talk about burning bridges.
