When should drivers stop driving?

When should a commercial driver stop driving? Who , what ,where,when and how does it happen?

Some drivers are not safe, but they are out there anyway. Some folks cannot climb up into the tractor without resting on the steps a few moments and thats crazy. Well its a thought.
