What's up with the Cleveland tourism

This is the east bound service plaza west of Cleveland before the I 80/90 fork. Almost every car spot was taken. I've never seen it like this. Something is definitely happening east of here.

I thought the picture made it clear on which Cleveland I was talking about (Cleveland Ohio the real one) but evidently I didn't realize that Cleveland Tennessee also had skyscrapers, NFL stadiums and sat on a giant frickin lake.
