I've called and/or emailed several companies and with the exception of Load1, they've all answered the phone when I called or responded to my email questions promptly. Tri-state even sent an information packet to me in the mail.
My first call to Load1 was about 2 weeks ago and the voice mail I left was not returned. I waited about a week and then sent an email to the address on their website. The email was also not returned. Then last Thursday I called and left another message and still haven't heard back.
Normally, I would just write this company off as one I would not want to work with but I've read nothing but good things about them on this forum. So, what's the deal? Are they just that busy that they're not looking for any more owner operators? Even if this is the case, how hard is it to return a phone call or email and let me know?
