What a lost to the forum.

I would honestly say losing the ATEAM wud be the worst thing that could happen to this forum. i have read his entire blog tutorial over and over again. He is one of the few I really trust here. From a real steering wheel perspective no one wrote like they do. Had enuff of the long winded BS'ers and learned how to block their post as well

I read on Ateams blog/page that he was taking a break from posting while working on another project.

Phil is just taking a break I think. Sometimes we all step away and need a break. I took a break from EO for over a year.

The Ateam is out there...just taking his sabbatical as usual...

But this sabbatical was unannounced. Let's hope he hasn't become a victim of HoneNone. A more positive scenario has him alive, well and practicing the Unannounced Sabbatical Reaction Drill.

Posting here doesn't further his financial goals via expediting or day trading.

Some times in life you have to step back and smell the rose's. Phil just has other things he would like to do. Just because he hasn't posted in a few weeks doesn't mean he is not reading. Phil is a good person and means well with his posts. It's not that he is trying to make a name for himself, he was just trying to help others and pass on things that have worked for him. Most of you that know Phil can say he is a good writer, well I think he is.

Over the years I think Phil has been taken the wrong way by some of us on EO. I must say I was one of the people to take Phil the wrong way. Phil was just trying to help people that just started in the Expediting business. He is a good guy and just need some time away or has other things he wants to do. You know EO will go on with or without Phil as it did when I stopped posting for over a year. I'm sure Phil will be back in time as I started posting again.

Phil is working on a major project for online posting. He has 80 some pages of notes to edit and condense into a workable story. BIG project from my pov so he's taking time out from some of his other activities to have the time to work on that. I don't know but presume once he's got that finished he'll be back.

As to no ROI from EO I'd have to disagree. There are numerous ways EO provides a valuable ROI with cost savings, revenue generation tips, etc. that one can find here as well as the less quantifiable ROI of the comraderie and stress relief it can bring (provided one isn't in the Soapbox). :D

EO is a FREE resource of information..if one saves a mere buck it has provided a service of value..if one uses one mechanical tip and saves one trip to the garage again more value...

And if one should venture into the fictional writing of the soapbox and get one chuckle...again more value for FREE entertainment!:D

Thanks Leo, I'm sure Phil will be back when he is done.
