What Do Truckers think of Electric Truck Tractors (Such as the Tesla Semi or Freightliner EM2?)

We have some customers that would buy electric trucks tomorrow if they were available. Not for hauling cargo, for traffic control and crash barriers.

They are a fantastic idea and the way of the future. Maybe a half century from now. When batteries and charging infrastructure are exponentially superior and even electrified roadways are a thing. Right now they are just another fool's errand like virtually everything from the left and the greedy ones on the right.

Would you fly in a electric plane?
The only way I could see a electric plane would be good is if the battery bank could be swapped out at each airport for another flight.
