What are the costs?

I am just wondering what costs are involved in signing up with the major expedite companies like E1, TM, PA or whoever. Can anyone give me some insite? :)

When I singed on with E1 there was no out of pocket. What they did was take out for the qc,roadtest,ect. a little at a time from you pay
