I used to arrive for work early & sit in my car for a few minutes [enjoying the music] before going in, and seeing apparently healthy people park in the handicapped spots really irked me. So much, that I lettered some post-it notes: "Ignorance is a handicap, but not for this parking space" I really enjoyed slapping them on windshields, lol.
Now, the prevalence of phones that take video means that more rude people are being exposed. It helps to offset the fact that so many people seem unable to put the phone down, even for a few minutes. Clouds & silver linings, eh?

That's utterly, no, she's utterly despicable. I wonder what her silent teenage daughter is thinking...she's probably physically and verbally bullied by her Mom and has learned not to cross her.
She was in denial and adamant about not wanting to admit to where she parked illegally.
I hope the Authorities will help educate her sorry example of a caring citizen and Mother.

Some cities have a high dollar fine attached to tickets written for those who park illegally in handicapped spaces. This guy should have taken the video including her license plate and then called the cops. It's likely this is not the first time this piece of white trash has made a fool of herself in public.
