After 8 months at LEAM we are back with FedEx Custom Critical.
Although LEAM is a great company to work with we decided that the grass really wasn't any greener on the other side of the fence. At least for us. Our income is down almost 30% and we are staying on the road longer to try and make the income we need.
If we were a casual expediter wanting to see the country, make friends with agents and enjoy life on the road we would have stayed. But we are out here for one reason and that is to make money. FedEx has the freight and the rates are just as good (for us) as LEAM.
So, we're back.

Interesting, appreciate the factual "review" . I have come to understand that a few of possible warts @ LEAM include , thin freight volume, effort @ booking your own loads, and uninformed agents . Obviously LEAM is a good choice for many, it is refreshing to hear an informed opinion .

Welcome back! Hope things work out for you this time. Are you considered WG now that you added the liftgate?

We are on percentage.
Our truck is WG equipped and we are WG qualfied, but we will have to apply and wait on the list for a slot to open up.
