It gives me confidence that I've been able to follow discussions on here and get a feel for who I'm signing on with. After a couple of years reading everyone's posts I feel like I know everyone, from a stalker's perspective of course.
Wife looses the toilet bowl this morning as the reno work moves along....dang plumber bailed out for a week and no other closer...so we'll do the under layment for the floor and replace bowl till he comes next week...
Dang it 5 years ago we spent a fortune on French doors only to find out while they LOOK great....they are as impractical in SD as a swimming pool in Alaska!.....so the doorway is getting put back to a conventional door....
2nd pic....used to be closet doorway from bedroom...ripped it out to expand bathroom...

IF it helps, I was a day away from being 1003 last month...CIS insurance is not licensed to insure being South Dakota based......sux to be me at times....

Having the same issue in this segment of the industry as well. The rates are just getting to low for my trailer type but it seems regular van trailer rates are on the rise.

Nothing still in Columbus dispatch advised to give them a chance to find a load. But I think with 2 no goes, I might wait just a little bit longer don't feel like spending a 2nd night out here...
