Had to get the snowblower out at 6:15 this morning. Apparently, someone forgot to tell my neighbor to keep his snow in HIS yard.

Good points and OVM commented too. :)

Bottom line is companies are too down driven and I remain the CEO. I am not retiring or slowing down at all. But I have a number of different things that I am responsible for. At the top of the list and as the company grows my first priority is making sure that the management that I hire shares my vision and philosophy on the fleet and servicing our customers. This is how we have grown yet stayed "Load One". Brian has proven his ability at this over the last two years with Load One. As well his people skills and team building abilities have been great. I think he will do a great job in this new position!

Brian demanded a promotion when john told him all his future calls from Ovm were being forwarded to him.
