Yea with the way this admin as divided our country and the way "race" is always brought to the front whenever anyone disagrees with barry, you could easily have the same situation they had in Chicago in 68:

In spite of their politics, it WILL be a boost for your local economy and as far as what KIND of people you'll get, it's only temporary and ANYONE can be charming for a short amount of time!
