I promised in another thread-- on another system-- to leave somethin' fer the grammer nazi but I fergot... I guess I'll havta aks fergivenes.
· A comma would be appropriate after the word question;
· You misspelled grammar, after it's been corrected several times;
· It's "if you're capable."
Anyone have the number for Domino's pizza?......Delivery, please...lol...
Doubt it.Guess not, and I suppose your just not clever enough to figure out that it just might have been done intentionally.
Obviously, I didn't regard it worthy of an answer. Draw your own conclusion.And the answer to the question is...?
May we return this thread to the original subject now? Santo cielo!* There a lot of bad owners out here but there are at least as many bad drivers out there. it is easy and cheap to do a basic background check on both truck owners and drivers. Services like Intelius do them every day for around $30.00. In either case a website or forum is not the place to out a driver or owner. Have some decorum. Stuff like this can only happen if you let it. I'll bet 99% of it could have been curtailed just by doing a little sniffing around before risking your time and earning power. Just my 2 cents.
* look it up!
Just wondering... Why would you be concerned with the thread getting back on topic when you think the subject matter isn't appropriate in a forum?
One way we "sniff around" is by asking questions on forums like this one. Suppose you're looking into a company and you see a forum post that is, shall we say, less than stellar-- would that give you a moment to pause before signing on the dotted line? You bet it would! You might still choose to sign on anyway-- other searching might reveal that the bad report was "sour grapes" by a disgruntled IC who turns out to be less than stellar himself-- but it would make you slow down and think a bit.
So--- maybe posts that reveal that a company or a driver are bad DO belong in threads like this one. How else are people doing "due diligence" supposed to find out if nobody reports anywhere on what they encounter?
There is nothing to vet. If names were mentioned or any libelous issues were mentioned, then it would need vetting and would be inappropriate for a forum like this.Yeah well you have a point there. I guess the title of the thread hit me wrong when I read it. I got a little hot about it. The subject matter is not appropriate for a forum like this if it is going to be allowed without being vetted.

That's how you win an argument. Premise, Evidence, Conclusion. Blizzard is dumb is the premise. The IQ test shows that blizzards IQ is lower than his Diastolic blood pressure level. Therefore it has been scientifically proven that blizzard is dumb. lol
Let us hope that Blizzard has his BP under control. He has proven himself intelligent in these forums, so if his IQ really < his diastolic BP, he is in trouble!
I'm glad someone got that joke. Diastolic blood pressure is usually 80. An IQ of 80 would put me about 10 points above legally retarded. lol. Maybe I can still drive with an 80 IQ.
Libel is defined as defamation. A lie in and of itself does not constitute libel. The untruth must also do harm to the person or their reputation for it to be libel. There is nothing libelous in the OP.
