Her name is HMCS Iroquois.

Carries 27 surface to air missiles.

One thing lists her speed as 15 knots another at 27. I mentioned it to one of the crewman about 40 knots, he just smiled.

Here's a surprise. She's a gasser. 2 cruising engines are GM Allison and 2 other, forget the name, but they are 50,000 HP each.

The tour basically takes you on the fan tail (helicopter pad, she carries 2), then thru the bridge to the fore deck, missile silos are the, then off.

Thanks for the invite, but we are from Austin. Love the Iron Works and Salt Lick bbq. Hard to find good Texas bbg up here. Daves and Dicks Last Resort don't quite make it. We are definitely home sick.
