Virgina Gov wants Toll on I 95

Until they make that illegal, or let those roads deteriorate to the point where you won't run them. They intend to have "their" money, one way or the other.

Most here probably don't remember when 95 was tolled 50 miles through Richmond and every bridge and tunnel in Norfolk area were tolled. Now the state won't build a road until they have federal backing and or federal bonds. Until the Feds say it's okay there won't be tolls on the interstate because they have to change the law. Now someone will say what about toll roads. Toll roads are not funded by the government they are state roads.
