Vehicle Stats

I just did a stats check for last year, and this year and they have all our runs listed as Surface Expedite and none under White Glove. Anybody know the reason? WE are a White Glove truck and do mostly W/G Loads.

I contacted FCC about this a while back. When the office looks at the Stats they look right it is only on our portion that the stats look odd.

All I can say is they are working on it and have thought they had it fixed at least once.
