This stuff is cutting edge and easy to install. You get more if you buy it in a roll then the kit.

Van insulation

I'm looking at this denim insulation right now. Seems pretty compelling. Easier and less mess than foam.

Thats what I used in my van but I dont rememeber buying it in bags...Seems I had it cut from a roll back in the carpet section..Did sidewalls and ceiling. 3M spray to hold it in place.
I never lived in the van as a driver but some said it worked good and helped cut back on a lil noise.
I do have one part of the roof panel that keeps coming down when the sun beats on it. Its cheap to do but if I had to do it again I think I would go with spray foam. Or at least research that idea more.
I think I'm gonna seal it in with this and some aluminum tape. 
Any foil tape should work, but if I had to do it all again I would have used the Reflectix brand foil tape for the whole job. It really adheres and sticks better imo.
Let it begin. 
Not a expedite van but this guy did a nice job with some premium materials. I've also heard that battery depot uses coroplast. Check page 6 for the photos of the materials used.
